Amador County Fair 1999 We entered some of our vegetables in the County Fair this year for the first time. We were on vacation for two weeks immediately beforehand, and the garden got a bit out of control. We threw away about 100 pounds of stuff when we got home (first photo). However in the competition we managed to pull off 4 blue ribbons, 2 second places, and one third place. Our 3.3 pound crookneck squash even got best in division!
