We decided to take a vacation to the tip of the Baja California Peninsula, where the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean meet. It was a beautiful spot between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. It was Benita's first trip to Mexico, and quite an adventure. What a different world! We braved the public bus system to ride into town, and took a sunset sailboat ride where we had the excitement of seeing a group of gray whales. We also played tennis, and explored the local area. Despite a bout of the dreaded "Mexican Montezuma's Revenge", and a 7 hour delay on our return flight, we had a relaxing time and enjoyed the warmer temperatures.
